Rise, Lead & Live Authentically

Empowering Others to Rise, Lead, and Live Authentically

Mission:
To use my lived experience and decades of professional practice to guide, inspire, and support others in discovering their purpose, standing in their truth, and leading lives rooted in resilience, integrity, and self-worth.

About Me

My name is Elizabeth, and I also go by Ella.

I was born into a complicated beginning—one that shaped me in ways. My early life moved through instability, fostering, and residential care. I grew up without a steady family around me, but I did grow up. And I learned early on that survival builds strength—and sometimes, strength builds purpose.

By the time I was 13, I’d already seen enough to know what injustice looked like. I also knew what it felt like to be overlooked, dismissed, and left to figure things out on your own. But in the middle of all that, I found places—people—who saw something good in me. That mattered. It still does.

At 18, I stepped into the world with no safety net and a lot of questions. I worked wherever I could, eventually traveling as far as Germany. I discovered that the world was bigger than the one I came from—and that I could find my place in it on my own terms.

I returned to Liverpool, got a job in social services, put myself through university, and built a life. I spent over 40 years working in children’s social care. I poured everything I’d learned—about injustice, resilience, and showing up when it matters—into that work. I led teams. I raised a family. I stayed true to my values.

Now, I’m in a new chapter. I want to use everything I’ve lived through to help others—young and old, men and women—find their own strength. To connect with who they are beneath the noise. To live from a place of purpose and integrity.

Because your past doesn’t define your worth. But it can fuel your power.
